Our workshop is at No. 186/a-1 on the 7th Main Road in the Peenya Third Phase. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know it’s a massive industrial area with factories and small shops everywhere. RMC Electronics Pvt. Limited has been here for quite some time. The building is a bit older, and it has that typical industrial smell of metal and grease. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We'd rather spend our time making sure the machines are running correctly and the orders are getting filled. The noise from the other units can be loud, but we don't mind it much. It’s just the sound of work being done. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. They know the routine and they just get on with it. We don't have any big speeches about our values or anything like that. We just believe in showing up and doing the job right. The power can be a bit spotty in this area, which is always a bit of a challenge, but we deal with it as it comes. It’s a lot of hands-on work, and our clothes usually end up a bit dirty by the end of the shift. That’s just how it goes here. We are just a regular business doing regular work in Peenya.
