RJB Associates

RJB Associates is located in Jayanagar 9th Block, up on the third floor of the GNR Arcade. It’s number 888 on 28th Main, right across from the TVS showroom. Finding a park on this road can be a bit of a mission, especially in the evenings, but once you get inside and head up the stairs, it’s a bit quieter. The office is one of those typical Jayanagar setups where things are a bit older but everything works just fine. We have a lot of shelves filled with binders and old project folders that we can't quite bring ourselves to throw away. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but we prefer it that way. It feels like a real workspace. We spend a lot of time on the phones talking to contractors or sitting around the big table in the middle of the room. The view from the third floor lets us see what’s happening down on Southend F Cross, which is always busy with people. There is a small pantry in the back where we make coffee, and that’s usually the busiest spot in the morning. We don’t really have a big sign out front, just the name on the building directory. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day, even when the work piles up. We like the neighborhood because you can get anything you need within a short walk, from hardware to a decent lunch.
