Riyan Constructions

Riyan Constructions is based out of Richmond Town, specifically at 29/1 on LBS Road in Rambaug Colony. This neighborhood has a specific kind of energy to it. We are right there where the old streets meet the newer developments. Our office is usually covered in a bit of dust because that’s just the nature of the business. We have boots lined up near the door and blueprints rolled up on every available surface. It’s a practical space. We don’t have fancy art on the walls, just calendars and maybe a map of the area. LBS Road is always busy, so there is a constant hum of traffic outside our window. We started small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things when you know everyone’s name. Working in Richmond Town means we see a lot of the same faces every morning. We get our supplies from local vendors whenever we can. It’s not a polished operation, and we don't try to pretend it is. Sometimes we forget to answer the phone right away if we are out on a site. But we always get back to people eventually. The office is our home base, but the real work happens out there on the ground. We just focus on building things that stay up and keeping our promises to the people who hire us. It's a basic way of doing things, but it works for us.
