You can find us in Bangalore South, way out towards Kadabaggere on Magadi Road. We’re in Flat 1101 of the 9th Block. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, especially with the traffic on Magadi Road, but it's where we do our work. We mostly deal with industrial things, cooling systems and that sort of stuff. The office is usually filled with technical manuals and parts lists. We have a small crew that handles the local accounts and the paperwork. It’s quite different from the middle of the city; it feels a bit more open out here. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons usually involve some kind of troubleshooting. We’ve been at this Thavarekkere post office location for some time now. It’s a practical setup for us. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some desks. People who work here have been with us for a long time. We know our business inside and out. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays with parts or shipping, but we just deal with it as it comes. We try to be honest with people about how long things will take. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without much fuss.
