We are located at C-2 3 in Vikas Industrial Estate, which is over in Bhayander East. It’s a bit of a trek to get here sometimes because of the traffic, but once you’re inside the estate, it’s all business. We work with transformers and conductors, so our space is usually full of heavy coils, copper wire, and big metal casings. It’s a lot of winding and assembling. The workshop floor is always a bit crowded because these things take up a lot of room. We aren't the type of company that has a lot of meetings in boardrooms. Most of our decisions are made right next to the assembly line. We’ve got a core group of workers who have been doing this for a long time, and they know the equipment better than anyone. It’s a bit dusty and the light isn't always perfect, but we get the job done. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just make parts that help electricity move, and we do it from this small corner of Bhayander. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult during monsoon, but we just cover everything up and keep going. It’s a steady pace here. We don't go for any of that corporate polish. We just focus on the wires and the metal and making sure the boxes are packed right.
