Our place is on Old Krumbiga Road, specifically 163/2. It’s an old part of the town. We deal with steel and metals. It’s heavy work, and everything is dusty. If you come by, you’ll see stacks of metal everywhere. It’s not the cleanest environment, but that’s just the nature of working with raw materials. We get deliveries at odd hours sometimes. The trucks struggle with the narrow roads around here. We’ve been in the metal trade for a long time now. It’s a tough business because prices change all the time. We just try to keep enough stock so we don't run out when someone needs it. The guys who work here are used to the heavy lifting. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. Most people find us because they’ve been coming here for years. It feels like a very old-school way of doing business. No computers for everything, just notebooks and pens for some of the tracking. Old Krumbiga Road has its own rhythm. It’s noisy and full of movement. We fit right in with the rest of the industrial shops. It’s just us, some steel, and a lot of hard work every single day. We don't mind the noise or the dust much anymore. It's just part of the daily routine for us. Rico Steel & Metals is just a name on the ledger, the work is what counts.
