We are located at House Number 9, which is called Gurumurthy Nilaya. It is right near the Sapna Apartments, specifically Block-1, in Ayyappa Nagar. Being in Bangalore, especially in an area like this, means we are around a lot of residential buildings. Our office is a house that we’ve converted for our work. It feels more comfortable than a cold office building. We deal with infrastructure and various projects from here. There is usually a lot of paper and maps on the desks. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate. Sometimes the parking on the street can be a bit tight, especially if the neighbors have visitors. We’ve been here in Ayyappa Nagar for a good while. We like it here because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city when we need to visit project sites. The building, Gurumurthy Nilaya, is easy to spot once you get onto the right street near Sapna Apartments. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years. We just get on with the day-to-day tasks. There’s no big reception desk or anything like that. Just us in our office space working on whatever projects are currently on the go. It’s a practical way to work and it seems to suit us just fine. We just try to keep things simple and get the projects finished.
