Our clinic is tucked away on 3rd Main, 4th Cross in Vijaya Nagar. It’s a decent area, mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs. We focus on skin and hair stuff here. Most of the people who come in are worried about losing their hair or having some kind of rash that won't go away. We have some basic equipment and a couple of treatment rooms. It’s not a very large office, but it’s enough for what we do. The walls are a simple color and we have a few pictures of how skin works, but nothing too scary. I spend a lot of my day answering the phone and telling people how to find the 4th cross because sometimes the map is a bit confusing for new visitors. We try to keep the appointments on time, but sometimes things run late if a consultation takes longer than we thought it would. It’s just how it goes with this kind of work. People come in looking a bit self-conscious sometimes, so we just talk to them normally. No big sales pitches or anything like that. We just look at the problem and give the advice they need. It’s a steady kind of work. We see a lot of young people from the nearby colleges too. Vijaya Nagar has changed a lot, but this little corner of ours stays pretty much the same day to day.
