You’ll find us over on Artillery Road in Ulsoor, right at number 94/1 in D.B. Nagar. It’s a nice part of Bangalore, with a bit more green than some of the newer areas. We handle reverse logistics, which basically means we deal with all the stuff that people send back. It’s a bit of a messy business sometimes, as you can imagine, with boxes coming back in all sorts of conditions. Our office isn't a showroom; it’s more of a working space where we sort through things and try to make sense of the returns. We have a small crew here, and we’ve all gotten pretty good at spotting problems before they get too big. We don't go in for fancy titles or corporate speak. We just focus on the task at hand. The traffic on the way to Ulsoor can be pretty bad, especially near the lake, but once we’re here, it’s a decent place to work. We’ve had some long days when a big batch of returns comes in all at once, and the whole place gets filled with packages. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to get the returns processed so they don't sit around for too long. It’s practical work that requires some patience and a lot of shelf space. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job in a busy city.
