Restore Physio Centres

We’ve been here in Bellandur for a while now, tucked away in Green Glen Layout at number 69/1. It’s a pretty busy part of Bangalore, but being right opposite Joggers Park makes it feel a bit more relaxed than the main roads. Most mornings, you can see people finishing up their walks or runs across the street before they head over to see us. The building isn't huge, but it works for what we do every day. We spend most of our time working with folks from the nearby apartments who just want to move around better. Sometimes the traffic in Bellandur gets a bit much, especially during the evening rush, so we usually tell people to give themselves a little extra time to find a parking spot nearby. We’ve got a small team here, and we mostly just keep to our routine of helping people out. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s clean and does the job. Usually, the windows are open if the weather is nice, so you can hear the birds from the park. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood, the way the shops open up and the street gets busy around lunchtime. We just keep things simple here at Restore Physio Centres. Most of the people who come in live just a few blocks away, so it feels like a local spot.
