Resource Management Group

We are based at number 7 in Koramangala. It is one of those busy parts of the city where something is always happening. Our office is tucked away and isn't very large at all. We handle resource management which basically means we spend all day on the phone or checking emails. It’s a lot of organizing and making sure people are where they need to be. There are just a few of us in the office. We don't have any flashy signs or big logos on the walls. It is a functional space with a couple of computers and a small kettle for making tea. Koramangala has changed a lot since we first set up here. There are so many new cafes and shops now. We just keep doing our thing amidst all the noise. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and trying to solve logistics problems. It can be a bit stressful when things don't go according to plan but we manage to get through it. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to get things organized. People in the area might have seen us walking to get lunch. We don't do much in terms of promotion. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and go home when the work is finally finished. The curtains are a bit dusty but they block the sun.
