Renovat India

Renovat India is based on Nagarabhavi Main Road. We are at number 5, up on the first floor in Maruthi Nagar. If you know where Janatha Co Operative Bank is, we are very close to that. It is a handy location because the bank is a good landmark for people who are not from around here. We do renovation work and some construction-related stuff. Our office is mostly where we store samples and meet to discuss projects. It is not a showroom or anything fancy. Just a place to work. We spend a lot of our time on-site anyway, so the office is often empty during the middle of the day. There is usually dust on the boots by the door. That is just how it is in this line of work. We started out small, just a couple of us taking on small house repairs. Now we handle slightly bigger jobs, but we still prefer the hands-on approach. We do not use big words or try to sound like a multinational firm. We just talk to people plainly about what their house needs. Sometimes we run behind schedule because of the weather or materials not arriving, and we just tell the clients the truth. People seem to like that we do not give them excuses. Nagarabhavi is a busy area, and being on the main road helps us stay connected to everything. We have been here for a bit and plan to stay for much longer.
