Working out of VSR Layout in Udayanagar is quite different from being in the middle of the city. Being at 108 on 9th Cross means we are tucked away from the heaviest traffic of KR Puram, though the commute still takes forever some days. Bangalore has changed so much, but this little corner of 1st Main feels a bit more settled. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at, just a regular building where we handle the daily operations for Reliance Industries Ltd. We started here because the location made sense for the team. Most mornings involve someone bringing in coffee and everyone checking their schedules before the phones start ringing. It gets a bit noisy outside when the school buses go past, but otherwise, it’s a good spot. We don't really do the whole corporate lounge thing; we just have our desks and some old chairs. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit around talking until the backup kicks in. It’s an honest day’s work for us. People in the layout know us as the quiet ones in the corner building. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the tasks we have. If the weather is nice, we might open the windows, but usually, the dust from the road keeps them shut. It’s just us doing what we need to do in our own way. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just getting the job finished.
