Reliable Developers

Our office for Reliable Developers is over at Venella, No. 299/A, on 17 C Main in the 3rd Sector of HSR Layout. HSR is a pretty busy part of Bangalore these days, but it’s a good place for us to be located. The office itself is quite plain. We’ve got a couple of big tables where we spread out the blueprints and maps for the various projects we’re looking at. It’s often a bit messy with coffee cups and rolls of paper everywhere. We aren’t really the type to have a polished corporate environment. It’s more of a place where we sit down and try to solve problems when a project hits a snag. People often drop by to talk about land or new buildings, and we just tell it like it is. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and suppliers, trying to make sure things are arriving when they’re supposed to. Bangalore’s growth has kept us on our toes, and being in the 3rd Sector means we’re right in the thick of it. We don't use any fancy talk; we just focus on the logistics of development and getting things built. Some days are just filled with paperwork and permits, which isn't the fun part, but it has to be done. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow up around us. It’s just us doing our thing every day.
