We are located on the first floor of the Pranamya Building over in Akshayanagar. Yelahanka is a part of Bangalore that has grown so much lately, and we are right in the middle of it on the 1st Cross. Our office is usually quiet compared to the street noise outside. We have some desks and a small corner where we keep our lunch bags and a water cooler. It is not some massive corporate headquarters, just a regular workplace where we spend our eight hours. The stairs going up to the first floor are a bit steep, but you get used to them after a few days of climbing. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes to get here in the morning. The Bangalore traffic is always a big topic of conversation while the first pot of coffee is brewing. We handle various tasks throughout the day, mostly sitting at our screens or talking on the phone with people. Sometimes we have to head out to meet a client, but mostly we stay right here in the building. It gets really bright in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, so we usually have to pull the blinds down to see our monitors. We don't have a fancy kitchen, just a microwave and a small table where we share whatever snacks someone brought in. It feels like a small family because there are only a few of us working here. We just try to get through the work on our desks so we can beat the evening rush hour.
