Reddystructures, Pvt. (Ltd) is located in the HVR Layout part of Bangalore. We’re at number 81, a building called Sri Saikrupa, which is on the 5th Main. This is just off Magadi Main Road, which is a pretty busy stretch of road most of the time. T. Jagadesh is the one heading things up here. The office is usually full of people coming in to discuss building designs or structural plans. It’s a very practical environment. We have the usual stuff you’d expect—drawing boards, some computers, and a lot of empty tea cups. The pin code for this area is 560079. We like being in HVR Layout because it’s easy for the guys to get out to the different sites from here. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. We’ve got some mismatched chairs and a fan that clicks a bit too loudly when it’s on high, but it gets the job done. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as we have space to spread out our maps and talk about the current projects, we’re happy. It’s an honest place where real work happens every day. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a foundation or a roof line. We tend to keep the door open to let some air in, even though it gets a bit dusty from the main road traffic nearby.
