This is Red Stone Projects Pvt Limited. Our office is over at 26/34 Model House Street in Basavanagudi, Bangalore 560 004. C. L. Venkatesh Murthy is the person you’ll usually find here. Basavanagudi is one of those older parts of Bangalore that still has a lot of traditional character left. We like being on Model House Street; it feels a bit more like home than the newer, glass-filled parts of the city. Our day-to-day work is mostly about managing the different stone projects we have going on at various sites. The office is usually full of physical maps, blueprints, and people coming in to discuss their building plans. It’s definitely not a polished or fancy corporate office. We have some old chairs, a few fans, and stacks of paper everywhere. Sometimes the local tea man comes by in the afternoon and that’s a nice break for us. We've been at this address for a long time, and we’ve gotten used to the daily rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward and honest place to work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on for our clients. People in Basavanagudi usually know where we are located. It’s a quiet enough street, which is good when you’re trying to focus on complicated project details. No flashy signs, just a regular workplace.
