We've been here in Indira Nagar for a while now, tucked behind the Kotak Mahindra Bank on the ground floor of Vijaysri Kanakalaya. Most people find us because they’re dealing with something complicated, maybe a nerve issue or a long-term muscle injury that hasn't cleared up. It’s a busy spot, but we try to keep things steady. It isn't just about one quick fix here. We spend a lot of time looking at how people move and why they're in pain. Sometimes it takes a few weeks, sometimes longer, depending on what's going on with your back or joints. Our space isn't fancy, but it has what we need for the rehab work. We handle a lot of post-surgery cases too. If you've been to a hospital and need a place to do the actual recovery work, that's mostly what we do. The traffic on 1st Stage can be a bit much in the evenings, but being on the ground floor makes it easier for patients who aren't walking too well. We just focus on getting people back to their normal routines, whether that's walking to the shop or getting back to a desk job. It’s a lot of repetition and patience. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just some folks who know how the body works and want to help it work better. We keep the doors open and stay busy with the regulars from around the neighborhood.
