We operate out of an office in Konankunte, on the first floor of a building in New Bank Colony. We are on the 4th Cross of Amruth Nagar Main Road, at number 30 1. It’s a bit of a specific address, so we often find ourselves giving directions over the phone to people who get turned around in the colony. The office is a functional space where we handle everything related to housing. There’s a lot of paper involved—contracts, deeds, and site photos. We have a small team here, and usually, someone is out checking on a property while the rest of us stay back to handle the phone calls and visitors. Konankunte has changed a lot, and the main road gets quite busy these days, but our corner in New Bank Colony stays relatively calm. We’ve got a few old filing cabinets that are overflowing, and the desks are always covered in sticky notes. It’s not a polished environment, just a place where we work through the details of buying and selling houses. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp through the afternoons. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to chat about the local area. We don’t have a big corporate structure; we just deal with things as they come up, making sure the houses and the wealth they represent are handled properly for the folks who come to us.
