Real Estate Developer

You can find Real Estate Developer over at No.1 Seenappa Layout, specifically in the B Block of the Ramky Utsav building. We are in unit 301, which is on New Bel Road in the RMV 2nd Stage part of Bangalore. The area is 560 094 for those sending mail. Our work mostly involves looking at maps and talking to contractors about different sites. The office stays fairly busy because New Bel Road is a major spot with lots of shops and people moving around constantly. It can be hard to find parking sometimes, but once you are up in the office, it is a decent place to work. We spend our days checking on construction progress or seeing if the materials arrived on time at the different spots we manage. It isn't a very large operation, just a few desks and a table for laying out blueprints. We have seen Bangalore change quite a bit from this office, with new buildings going up every time you turn around. RMV 2nd Stage is a nice area to be in, even if the traffic gets a bit heavy in the afternoons. Most of our time is spent on the phone or meeting with people who are interested in what is being built. We don't really do much marketing; we just focus on the projects we have in front of us at the moment.
