We've been at Dickenson Road 39 for a while now. It's an old building, but it works for what we do. Real Estate Consultants & Property Management Services is basically just a few of us trying to keep things organized for people who own property around here. It gets busy, especially on Mondays when everyone calls at once about a leak or a missing key. We handle the paperwork and talk to tenants so the owners don't have to deal with the headache every single day. The office is usually cluttered with files, and the coffee machine is a bit temperamental, but we get the job done. Sometimes we are out visiting sites, so the door might be locked for an hour, but someone is usually back soon. It isn't a fancy setup. We just know the neighborhood and the people who live here. If you walk past number 39, you’ll see our small sign by the entrance. It's nothing special to look at, but we've seen a lot of changes on this street over the years. We deal with all sorts of houses and apartments, mostly just helping folks figure out what to do with their space or how to find a reliable person to stay there. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us answering the phones and keeping track of the keys every day.
