Reach Automation Pvt. Ltd. is based on the 3rd floor of Nirupam Arcade, which is located at Plot No.32/3 on 1st Main in Domlur Layout. Getting up to the third floor every day keeps us moving, though the stairs can feel a bit long on Monday mornings. The office isn't huge, but it fits our team just fine. Domlur Layout is a nice area to work in, with plenty of places to grab a quick coffee or some tiffin during the afternoon break. Inside Nirupam Arcade, it’s mostly just us and a few other businesses. We focus on automation work, so there are usually various parts and tools sitting around on the workbenches. It isn't the tidiest place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time looking at diagrams and trying to figure out how to make things work better. The 1st Main road can get a little congested with traffic, but once you’re inside the office, things are relatively calm. We don't go in for fancy decor or expensive furniture; we just have what we need to do the job. Usually, the radio is playing softly in the background while we work. It’s a practical environment where we just focus on getting the tasks done for Reach Automation without any unnecessary complications or corporate talk.
