We are Rathna Construction and you can find us at No 24 on 9th Main Road. We are specifically on the 5th Cross in Narasimha Layout, which is in the Bagalagunte area. Our pin code is 560073. A lot of people use the Maramma Temple as a guide to get here because we are quite near to it. It is a typical residential layout where things are a bit more relaxed than the city center. Our office is part of a regular building on the crossroad. We do not have any corporate branding or fancy logos on the walls. It is just a place where we sit down and figure out our construction plans. The street is usually lined with a few parked scooters and cars. We have been operating from this Bagalagunte address for some time now. It is a good community and we know most of the people on our block. On festival days, the area around the temple gets very busy and lively. Our workspace is humble, with just the essential tools and some chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of our day coordinating with people and checking on materials. It is a very hands-on environment. If you are walking from the temple, it only takes a few minutes to reach our gate. It is a plain, honest workspace that serves us well for our daily tasks. We don't see a reason to be anywhere else.
