Our work happens on the first floor of a building in Bangalore, specifically at numbers 13 and 14. We are in a part of the city that is always moving, which fits the kind of media work we do. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lounge or anything. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of screens. We handle all sorts of media tasks, and because things move so fast in this industry, the office can get a bit chaotic. There are usually cables running across the floor and people talking over each other to get a project finished on time. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just do the work and let it speak for itself. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is breathing down our necks, and we usually end up ordering some food from the place downstairs. It’s a very hands-on environment. We’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts through the traffic in this neighborhood. It’s a practical setup for a media team that doesn't want to get bogged down in corporate nonsense. We just like to get the projects done and move on to the next thing. It’s hard work, but we are a good group of people who just want to do right by the job and keep things moving.
