We handle infrastructure projects around the region. It’s the kind of work that keeps you on your toes all day long. One day we are looking at ground levels and the next we are trying to figure out why a delivery hasn't arrived. It’s a lot of hands-on management. We aren't big on corporate talk or anything like that. We just speak plain English and get to the point. The office in Angol is where we sort out the schedules and the payroll. It’s a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. Belgaum has its own way of doing things, and we’ve adapted to that over the years. We’ve been part of the local scene for a while now. The work isn't always easy, especially when the weather turns bad or there are delays we can't control. But we just keep at it. We have a small, solid team that knows how to handle the machinery and the sites. It’s about building things that last and making sure the foundations are right. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we are just a local infrastructure firm doing our daily bit. It is tough but satisfying work. Usually, we are too busy to notice the time.
