Ramesh Krishna & Company

Ramesh Krishna & Company is based in the Shiva Complex, which is at 142/3 in the Chamrajpet Industrial Area. We are up on the 2nd floor. Chamrajpet is one of those old parts of the city where everything feels established and busy. There’s a lot of loading and unloading happening in the complex all day long. You hear the pulleys and the shouts of the workers down in the yard. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos below, but it’s still pretty noisy. We keep our doors open to let the air circulate, even though the industrial smells drift in sometimes. Our space is filled with files and old ledgers. We haven’t changed much about the office in years because it works just fine as it is. We have a small team, and we’ve all been together through a lot of seasons. The Shiva Complex is a maze of small businesses, so we’ve made friends with the guys across the hall. Lunch is usually a communal affair where we share what we’ve brought from home. It’s not a place for corporate meetings or fancy presentations. It’s a place for hard work and getting the figures right. We leave when the sun goes down and the gates to the industrial area start to close up for the night. It’s a full day, every day. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of this place. It’s where we belong.
