Our office, Ramappa B S & Company, is located at number 7, Saptha Giri Residency in Banashankari 3rd Stage. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the whole work environment feel a bit more relaxed than a busy downtown office. We have a lot of books and old ledgers stacked up on the shelves. It’s a professional space, but we don't go in for all that corporate polish or expensive furniture. There are no glass walls or modern art pieces here. Just some sturdy desks and plenty of calculators. We spend our days looking at numbers and making sure everything adds up for the people who come to us with their paperwork. Banashankari 3rd Stage is a nice part of town. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the rhythms of the street outside. Usually, it’s quiet enough for us to focus, which is really good when you’re dealing with complicated audits and taxes. We don't have a lot of staff. It's just a small, close-knit group of people. Sometimes we eat our lunch together at our desks while discussing the latest tax regulations or news. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to our clients. We just tell them how things are and what needs to be done next. It’s honest work and we take it seriously. The residency building is well-maintained, and our unit is easy to find once you’re inside the main gate. We just keep at it, year after year.
