Our office is situated in J Tower, specifically at No. 705, within the Binny Stone Garden area. We’re located in KP Agrahara Post on Magadi Road, not far from the old Binny Mill. It’s a part of Bangalore that has a lot of history to it. Ramalingam Construction PVT LTD is the name we’ve been using for years. We are a construction company, so our days are filled with talk of cement, steel, and labor schedules. It’s not always pretty work, but it’s what we know how to do. The office in J Tower is where all the administrative stuff happens. We have stacks of invoices and site reports everywhere. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we don't mind. We’ve got a dedicated team of people who have been with us for a long time. We aren't interested in being the most famous construction firm in the country. We just want to finish our projects on time and make sure they are built to last. Magadi Road can be a real challenge with the traffic, but being near the old mill gives the place a certain feel that we like. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so what you see is basically what you get. It’s a straightforward business run by people who actually understand how buildings go up.
