Raju Enterprises

Raju Enterprises has been at Indira Nagar 41426 for quite a while now. Indira Nagar has changed a lot, with all the new cafes and boutiques, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We have a heavy metal shutter that’s a bit of a pain to lift in the morning. Inside, it’s mostly storage and a small desk where the accounts get handled. The walls are painted an old shade of cream that’s starting to peel in the corners. We don’t really care much about the decor as long as we can find the tools we need. There are usually a few bags of cement or rolls of wire sitting near the entrance. Raju is usually around, either talking to a driver or checking the ledger. We have a small kettle in the back for making tea, which we do about five times a day. It’s a busy place, but not in a corporate way. It’s more like a neighborhood hub where people stop by just to say hello or ask for a bit of advice on a home project. We don’t have a fancy mission statement. We just show up, open the shop, and handle whatever comes our way. The traffic on the main road can be loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It’s just a normal day at 41426, and that’s fine by us. We usually close up around seven when the street lights come on and the evening traffic gets really bad. It's just the rhythm of our life here.
