Our office is located in Seshadripuram, Bangalore, specifically at Vaasthu Jayalakshmi on 1st Main. It is a busy part of the city, and our spot on B Street is usually buzzing with activity. We are Rajatha Developers, and we spend most of our time looking at maps, site plans, and permits. The office is often filled with rolls of blueprints and samples of building materials. Divya and Rohit are usually around, either on the phone with contractors or heading out to check on a site. It is a lot of back-and-forth travel in the Bangalore traffic. We do not have a polished showroom with lights and mirrors. It is more of a working space where we sit down and figure out how to get things built. Sometimes we have meetings that go long into the evening because there is always another detail to sort out. The walls are covered with sketches of projects we have worked on over the years. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. People drop in to ask about property or just to see what we are currently working on. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks in. There is no big sales pitch here, just a group of people trying to manage development projects in a city that never seems to stop growing. It is hard work, but we are used to it.
