Our office is tucked away in Rajerajeshwarinagar, specifically on the 15th Cross of the 8th Main. It’s a residential-feeling area but with plenty of offices like ours mixed in. We go by ICCOA for short. The building number is 951-C. We deal with organic agriculture stuff, which means lots of reports, talking to farmers, and organizing things. It’s not a farm itself, just an office where the planning happens. There’s usually a lot of paper on the desks and people coming in and out for meetings. We have some plants in the corners of the rooms to keep it feeling a bit more natural. The neighborhood is okay, though the 8th Main can get pretty jammed up in the evenings. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a good while. Most of us here just care about the work and don't worry too much about the office looking perfect. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and talk about the latest projects. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big glass building or fancy furniture. It’s just a regular office space where we try to get things done for the organic sector. It’s a quiet enough place to think and get through the paperwork. We just focus on our daily tasks and help out where we can in the world of farming.
