Thermex India

Thermex India has been operating out of the Rajajinagar Industrial Estate at F-63 for quite some time now. If you've ever been to this part of town, you know it’s mostly noise and the smell of grease and metal. We aren't tucked away in some quiet office park; we’re right in the thick of it. The trucks start rolling in early in the morning, and the dust usually settles on everything by noon. Our workspace isn't something you'd see in a magazine. It’s got concrete floors and the paint is peeling a bit near the windows. We don’t really mind it because we are here to work, not to look at the walls. It’s usually just a few of us. We spend the day dealing with whatever comes across the desk or the workshop floor. Sometimes the machinery gets loud, and you have to yell a bit to be heard. We take our breaks at the small tea stall around the corner where the bench is always wobbly. We don't have a big HR department or a polished handbook. We just know what needs doing and we get to it. Rajajinagar has changed with all the new shops, but this industrial patch stays pretty much the same. We like the consistency of it. If you’re looking for us, look for the big iron gate at F-63. It’s nothing fancy, just a place where things get made and problems get fixed every day.
