Gauge Sewing Machines Spares

We are over here in Rajaji Nagar, right on the 20th Main. The shop is full of boxes and small drawers where we keep all the different parts for sewing machines. It’s a bit crowded inside because we have so many different gauges and needles. My father started things around here and we just kept going with the same routine. People come by when their machines break down or when they need a specific screw that they can’t find anywhere else in the city. The West of Chord Road area is always noisy with traffic, but we’re used to it. We spend most of the morning sorting through inventory and helping tailors who stop in. It’s not fancy, just a lot of metal bits and grease. Sometimes the light in the back of the shop flickers, but we know where everything is even in the dark. We’ve been at No. 1023/140 for a long time now. If you walk past the 5th Cross, you’ll see our sign. It’s just a regular place where we work on getting the right spares to the people who need them. Most of our day is spent looking through catalogs or checking the shelves for old parts that haven’t been made in years. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the courier to arrive. It's a steady life and we like the neighborhood. The neighbors know us and we know them. It keeps us busy.
