We are located at 2, First Cross Road in Jayanagar 2nd Block, right next to R.V. Teachers’ College. It’s a familiar landmark for most people in the area. At RAJA WATWE ASSOCIATES, we don’t have a big corporate office with a glass front. Our place is more of a workspace where we actually get things done. There’s usually someone running out to a site or coming back with some notes on a legal pad. We’ve been around for a long time, so we’ve seen a lot of projects come and go. The office has a bit of an old-school feel to it, with shelves full of binders and rolls of blueprints that have been there for years. We aren't interested in being the flashiest firm in the city. We just want to do the work properly and make sure the people we work with are satisfied with the results. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a rhythm that works for us. It’s not always perfectly organized, and sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, but we manage to stay on top of things.
