Raja Housing Ltd

Our business, Raja Housing Ltd, is located at 4/2, 2nd Main, 3rd Cross in Govindraj Nagar. We are listed as "care of Basavaraj," which is how most people around here know to find the place. It’s in Bangalore 40, a part of the city that is always moving. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and chairs and a lot of paper. We do housing work, which means we are often out looking at sites or meeting with contractors. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of dust, a lot of heat, and a lot of waiting for things to happen. But we like the process of seeing something go from a drawing to a real building. We’ve been in this area for a good while, so we know the local quirks of the land and the utilities. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just speak plainly about what we can do. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us drinking tea and looking over a ledger. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just want to make sure the houses we work on are solid and that the people we work with are treated okay. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s worked for us so far.
