There is usually someone coming in to ask about a plot of land or a new project we are starting. We don’t have fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place where work gets done. We spend our time looking at site maps and talking to workers. Building things in this city can be a real headache sometimes with all the regulations and the noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local team that knows how to put a building together. We try to be sensible about how we work.
