You can find Raja Housing Limited at number 94 on 1st Main in Hanumanthnagar. We are right there on 4th Cross. This is an older part of Bangalore, 560019, and it has a very different feel than the newer suburbs. There are a lot of trees around here and it feels more like a community. Our office is simple. We have some chairs for visitors and a lot of cabinets for all the paperwork that comes with housing. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when the whole crew is in, but we make it work. We’ve been through a lot of changes in the local building rules over the years, so we’ve learned to be flexible. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in Bangalore for decades. We know why the traffic is bad on certain days and where to get the best snacks nearby. When we talk to people about houses, we aren't using a sales pitch. We just tell them what is possible and what isn't. Sometimes we have to give bad news about delays, but we’d rather be straight with people than make things up. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the sun is out and we’re on-site, but it’s what we do. We like the neighborhood, and we like being the local guys people come to when they have questions about building.
