Raja Housing Limited

Our office for Raja Housing Limited is located at 1890, 21st Main. We are right on 20th B Cross Road in Vijaynagar. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Maruti Mandir, which makes it easy to explain to people who are trying to find us. Bangalore 40 is a busy part of town, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now. It’s a place filled with blueprints and old files, but it’s home for our business. We do a lot of work with residential buildings, trying to get people into homes that actually work for them. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the city planners and the construction crews. Some days are just spent on the phone, and other days we are out at the sites getting our shoes dusty. We don’t really have any corporate slogans or anything like that. We just come in, drink our coffee, and get to work. The team here is small, so everybody does a bit of everything. You might see the same person answering the phone and then later heading out to check on a foundation. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps us close to what’s happening on the ground. We just try to stay honest and do the work.
