We’ve been running Raghavendra Builders & Developers for a while now from our spot in V L Colony. Most people know us because we’re right behind the Krishna Temple in Kadugodi. It’s a busy area and Tabassum and the rest of the team are usually here dealing with paperwork or talking to workers. We handle a lot of local building projects around this part of Bangalore. Sometimes the traffic in Kadugodi makes things slow, but we manage. We aren’t a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get things done. Being c/o S A Salam helps locals find us pretty easily. We started doing this because there was a lot of construction happening in the 560067 pin code area. You’ll find us mostly talking to site supervisors or checking on materials. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just a few of us making sure houses and buildings go up the way they should. The office can get a bit dusty with all the work happening outside, but that’s just part of the job in Bangalore. We’ve seen the colony change a lot over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project. If you walk past the temple, you’ll likely see some of our staff heading out to a site. It’s a simple setup we have here.
