We are located at number 738, on the first floor along 13th Cross. It’s in the 7th Block West area of Jayanagar. Jayanagar is a great place to work because of all the trees and the parks nearby. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our computers and desks. It’s not a big corporate space. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us. We’ve been here at Radical Technologies for a good while. The work we do is mostly technical, so it involves a lot of sitting and focusing on screens. We don't have a fancy reception desk. It’s just us. We know the area well and often go out to the local bakery for a snack in the afternoon. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we’re trying to concentrate on a difficult task. We are a small team and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don't need many meetings. We just talk across the room when something comes up. We don’t spend our time making big promises or writing mission statements. We just try to finish our projects and help out whoever comes in with a question. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We like the pace of things here. It’s steady and it feels right for the kind of work we do every day without much fuss.
