Radiator Works

We are located down on H Siddaiah Road in the 3rd block of S G Halli, specifically at the corner of 5th Main. Radiator Works is right near the Corporation Office, so it's a pretty busy part of the neighborhood. If you come by, you’ll hear the sound of metal clanking and water spraying. We spend our days leaning over car engines or sitting on low stools fixing leaks in radiators. It is a messy job, and our clothes usually show it by lunchtime. The shop is full of old tools, welding equipment, and bits of copper and aluminum scattered around. It isn't the cleanest place in the world, but we know exactly where every wrench is kept. We don't have a big sign or any fancy lights outside. Most people just see the stacks of radiators near the entrance and know they’re in the right place. We get all sorts of vehicles coming in, from old trucks to small cars. Sometimes a job takes twenty minutes, and sometimes we are struggling with a rusty bolt for three hours. That is just how it goes here. We usually have the radio playing in the background, though you can barely hear it over the noise of the traffic on Siddaiah Road. We open up when the sun comes up and stay until the last job is finished. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy every single day.
