Radiant Wiring Systems is located right by Hoodi Circle. If you know the area, you know it’s always busy with traffic and people moving around at all hours. We work out of a facility here where we deal with all sorts of wiring and electrical components for different projects. It’s a very hands-on place. There are spools of wire everywhere and tools scattered on the workbenches. Most of our day is spent looking at diagrams and making sure the connections are right. It’s not a clean-desk kind of office environment at all. There’s usually some grease or wire clippings on the floor by the end of the shift, and we have to sweep up before heading home. We’ve got a team that’s been doing this for a long time, so they know their way around a fuse box or a wiring loom. We don't spend much time on fancy advertising or marketing stuff. Most of our work comes from people who know we can get the job done properly. The heat in the workshop can get a bit intense in the summer months, but we have some fans going to keep it manageable for the workers. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We aren't a giant corporation, just a private company trying to do our part in the local industry. Sometimes we run out of a specific gauge of wire and have to wait for a delivery, which can be annoying, but we always manage to figure it out eventually.
