Radiall India is based out in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at 25-D in the 2nd Phase. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of activity, trucks moving, and the sound of machines nearby. Our place is pretty functional. We focus on the parts and components that we produce here. It’s a lot of hands-on work. The floor can get pretty busy during the peak hours, and everyone has their specific tasks to handle. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or office furniture. Most of our space is dedicated to the actual production and checking the quality of what we make. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction and traffic in Peenya, but we keep our workspace as clean as we can. We’ve got a small break room where we sit and talk about everything except work for a few minutes. We aren't looking to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the components we send out are solid. If you’re coming to see us, just look for the 2nd Phase sign and follow the road down. It’s easy to find once you know the landmark. We’re just a group of people working hard in a busy part of town, trying to get through the daily tasks without too much fuss. We've been at this for some time and just keep moving forward.
