Since we moved to RMV 2nd Stage, Number 59/1, the commute has been easier. It’s a decent area to work in and generally stays quiet during the day. We’ve been here for some time now, focusing on architecture and various design projects. The office itself is pretty basic, with just some desks, paper everywhere, and chairs that have seen better days. It gets the job done for us without any fuss. We aren't interested in impressing anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive art. Most of our day is taken up by looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. When we have to go out to the building sites, it usually means getting dusty and dealing with the afternoon heat. That’s just part of the life of an architect, I guess. We work on different types of buildings, ranging from family houses to small shops or simple renovations. Every project brings its own set of problems that need solving. We spend a lot of time figuring out how to make things work without spending too much of the client's money. It’s a difficult balance sometimes, but we manage. Our small team has known each other for many years, which makes the work go smoother. We don't use big words or act like we know everything. We just try our best with the plans in front of us. Occasionally, the drawings take longer than expected because things change on the fly during the construction phase.
