You’ll find us at Shed No. 2, over in Bellahalli on Survey No. 55/P-25. It’s definitely more of an industrial setup than a corporate office. Racks & Rollers is all about storage technologies and automation, so being in a shed makes a lot of sense for us. We have the space here to actually look at the racking systems and the automated parts we work with. It’s a bit out of the way, so you don't get a lot of random foot traffic, which is fine. The area around Bellahalli is still developing, so it can be a bit quiet or under construction in places. We spend a lot of our time sketching out warehouse layouts or testing how the rollers move. It’s a hands-on kind of job, and we often end up with a bit of grease on our hands by the end of the day. The team is small, and we all know each other pretty well. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that; we just manage things ourselves. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s part of the deal in this part of town. We just want to make sure the storage stuff we build actually holds up when it’s installed. It’s honest work and we’re happy to be doing it here. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done and we know what we are doing.
