The building is older and doesn’t have any fancy glass walls or modern signs, but it serves us well. Inside, there are shelves filled with all sorts of items and a couple of desks for handling the daily paperwork. We don't have a big marketing department or sales team. People usually find us because they need a very specific part or they’ve worked with us for years. It’s a practical and honest way to run a business. We just focus on the daily tasks like checking orders and talking to our suppliers. There is always something to do, whether it’s sorting through new inventory or answering the phone.
