Our office is on the 2nd floor, Shop No 1, right on Dr Rajkumar Road in Rajajinagar. It’s pretty easy to spot since we are near the Subramanyanagar Police Station. Working as R Square Structural Consultant & Associates means we spend a lot of our time staring at structural drawings and calculating loads. A lot of math goes into looking at how beams and columns fit together. The 1st Block area is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of vehicles coming up from the road below. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of rolled-up papers. Decorations aren't a big priority for us; the focus stays on the projects. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, watching the lights on Rajkumar Road. Architects and builders call us all day long to talk about steel and concrete. It’s not the kind of job where you see a finished product immediately, which takes a lot of patience. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but once you’re in, it’s a quiet enough place to get work done. Long-time residents and the local shopkeepers know us. We run a straightforward operation here. Handling the technical side of building things keeps us busy, making sure everything is safe and stays standing. No fancy business talk happens here, just engineering basics and coffee. It gets the job done for the people who depend on our calculations.
