R. P. Fabrication

We are R. P. Fabrication, located at No. 78/1 in Rajgopal Nagar. Our address is a bit of a mouthful—4th Yxy, 8th Main, Duggalamma Badavane—but we are easy to find because we’re near the old police station. Our workshop is a busy place. There is always the sound of grinding metal or the bright flash of a welding torch going off. It’s a hot and noisy environment, but that’s just the nature of fabrication work. We have all sorts of metal scraps and tools lying around. We try to keep it somewhat tidy, but when we have several orders going at once, things get a bit crowded. We don't have a front office with a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk into the shop and find one of us. We wear our old clothes because they’re going to get burned or stained anyway. Most of the guys working here live nearby in the Rajgopal Nagar area. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we know how to handle most jobs that come our way. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just build what people ask us to build. Sometimes a customer brings in a rough sketch on a piece of paper, and we figure out how to make it work. It’s practical, hands-on labor and we’re fine with that. It is simple work but it keeps the lights on.
