R K Skill Hunt

We set up our shop here at Rpc Layout in Vijayanagar quite some time ago. Our office is at No 792-E/121 on the 3rd Main road. If you know where the Cafe Coffee Day is around this area, we are pretty much right next door to it. We call the place R K Skill Hunt because mostly what we do is look for people who have the right skills for different kinds of jobs. It involves a lot of phone calls and looking through piles of resumes every single day. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, the phones are ringing quite a bit. Vijayanagar is a very lively area of Bangalore, and being on the 3rd Main means there are always people walking by. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees scattered everywhere. We are just a small group trying to help local people find where they fit in the working world. It takes a lot of patience to match someone with the right role, and sometimes it does not work out on the first try, but we keep looking anyway. We do not use any fancy expensive software to do everything for us. A lot of it is just us talking to people and understanding what they can actually do with their hands or their minds. The office is simple, nothing too special to look at, just desks and computers and a lot of coffee from the shop next door. We stay busy and try to keep things moving.
