R K Projects

We've been hanging around Kumara Park West for a while now, right near the Tata Coffee House on Morwadi Court Road. R K Projects is just a small team of us working out of this office at 65/1. It’s not a fancy place, but it gets the job done. Most days, you’ll find us busy with different project details, just trying to keep things moving along. Sometimes the traffic on this road is a real mess, but we like being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to find us once they know where the coffee house is. We handle various bits and pieces of construction and planning work. It's usually just us sitting around the table, looking at drawings and talking to contractors on the phone. We don't really have a big reception area or anything like that. People just drop by when they need to talk about their building plans. We try to be straightforward with folks. If something isn't going to work, we just say it. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. Most of the guys here have lived in this area for years. We know the local rules and how things work around here. It's a bit dusty sometimes with the windows open, but we're used to it. We keep our files organized, mostly, and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with these kinds of projects. It’s a lot of back and forth, but that’s just how it goes.
